On Tuesday, April 12, Grant Saviers, KZ1W, will discuss his upgraded tower project. An unplanned Phase II of the KZ1W “retirement” station was oriented to putting up an 80m beam. However, opportunity presented itself and it evolved into much more complex and sizable project – 8 independently-rotating Yagi antennas on a 142ft Rohn65 tower. The building of this tower and antennas is told in pictures and videos.
