Changes in DXCC, WAS and VUCC Card CheckingFrom ARRL Program rules: Effective immediately, DXCC announces the following changes to the DXCC Card Checking program: The 10-year rule is now removed. Card checkers can now check cards for current entities only, dating back to November 15, 1945. Card checkers still cannot verify 160 meter cards or deleted entities. In addition, DXCC card checkers can also check applications, if they agree to do so, for: The Worked All States Award (WAS) (See www.arrl.org/awards/was ); and The VHF/UHF Century Club Award (VUCC) (See www.arrl.org/awards/vucc )
