CABRILLO LOGS CABRILLO format logs are prefered for your Salmon Run entry, our software can read and score CABRILLO logs quickly and accurately. Other formats require manual analysis and take considerable time. If you submit a non-CABRILLO log, please include a Summary Sheet showing number of QSOs by Mode (CW, Phone, Digital) and Multipliers (WA Counties for non-WA, WA Counties, States, VEs, and DX for WA stations). Below is an example of a CABRILLO format log. This log was actually made in MS EXCEL, and saved as a Tab-Delimited Text File. Most Logging Programs will export a log in CABRILLO format. You can always use a Text Editor, such as NOTEPAD, to review and edit your CABRILLO log. The first log entry (KB7HDX) shows how to log a County Line station, using one line in the log for each County. Please take a few minutes to review your log before sending it in - last year the Log Checkers spent considerable time analyzing logs, counting QSOs and Multipliers, and calculating scores.
