Old Business:
Survey - 45 people responded to the club survey - overall, most people thought our current meeting location is 'adequate', both from the perspective of the meeting facilities and menu.
overwhelmingly people wanted monthly meetings.
91% of respondents wanted meetings to remain on weekdays.
> 60% of respondents didn't feel a meal was required to host our meetings
Overall, the respondents were not too sensitive to the food price -- $20 was about the average that people wanted to pay for dinner
New Business:
Club Webmaster: the board is trying to find a person that will take charge of the web site to keep it up to date and mold it to the club's interests.
Traveling Trophy: For the 2009/2010 contest season, no points from DXpeditions will count towards the award. This means that every club member has the opportunity to have a big influence on each club's scores. N7WA will be sending out a summary of the rules for the upcoming season soon.
Special Events:
Picnic: a unanimous 'excellent' was ascribed to the picnic this year -- thanks to Roger W7VV for hosting it on August 22.
Salmon Run: is upon us!
