Review/approve minutes

·         The October minutes were approved by a voice vote

Correspondence

·         Rick KT7G has been reimbursed for W7DX QSL cards via the Global QSL service

·         The PJ4C DXpedition scheduled for January 2012 requested funding. It is not in the top 100 for the west coast so no funding is available

A thank you e-mail from Paul N6PSE was received for our contribution to the recent STØR operation

Treasurer's report

·         The October report was approved by a voice vote.

Membership

·         We had one renewal this month. Jim will be mailing out the December renewals when he gets home in January.

Old business

·         Paul reported on the progress of the W7JEN estate sale

·         Paul reported on the progress of the Salmon Run

·         A loaner repeater is currently on-line and working satisfactorily after a few minor adjustments. The board will make a decision whether to purchase it or not at a later date. Doing so will obviate the decision last month to purchase a new controller

·         Membership awards were voted upon and will be presented at the December dinner.

·         Officers and directors will be elected at the December dinner

New Business

·         There was no new business

Special events status

·         No events are currently scheduled

Monthly dinner/meeting

·         The December meeting will be held at the 125^th St Grill on the 13^th.
